By signing the finance application, you and guarantors acknowledge and consent to the following:
• I/We authorise FAW to act as my agent in seeking access to my/our commercial and consumer credit information held by a credit reporting agency.
• This authority only applies to enquires made by FAW in connection with an application, or proposed application, by me/us for credit and my/our having sought advice in relation to existing credit.
• I/We agree to FAW and its related entities to obtaining a credit report from a credit reporting agency containing consumer and commercial credit information about me/us in relation to commercial
credit provided by our credit providers.
• I/We also agree that FAW may give to and receive from another credit provider a report about my/our consumer or commercial credit worthiness for the purpose of assessing a credit application
made by me/us.
• I/We acknowledge that such credit provider may disclose my/our personal information to any person or use my/our personal information for any purpose, that credit providers are permitted to
under this Declaration.
• I/we agree to the transfer of my/our personal information to credit provider(s) related entities for administrative purposes, and to persons overseas for use in connection with this application.
• I/we acknowledge that without sufficient information FAW may be unable to process or accept this application.
• I/we acknowledge and agree that FAW may supply you with material about other products or services that may be of interest to you.
